![]() ![]() I got very frustrated at that point and informed them the whole reason I was emailing was because chat sent me to them, and now they want to bounce me back to chat. When I replied to the email that their suggestions didn't work, they asked me to contact CHAT as my issue would be better handled via chat. Well that didn't help and anyway my issue is that none of the connected devices are syncing not just one. So I emailed support and they did send me suggestions, which basically were stop sync service, uninstall the app and reinstall it. I tried chat and they couldn't help and told me my issue would be best handled via email support. None of my connected devices show the same list in the sync folder and changes made on any device aren't updated on the others. ![]() Where it falls down is Sync folders, which I need between my Pixel 3a, my Windows Desktop and my Mac. ![]() I was generally pretty happy with IDrive when used as a total backup solution. ![]()
